Drakk Stonehand is an Alliance Leatherworking trainer located in Wildhammer Keep in The Hinterlands.
He is inside the main building of Aerie Peak (the one with the mailbox). From the entrance go left, follow the corridor to the end and walk down the stairs.
Drakk Stonehand teaches Artisan Leatherworking and trains Leatherworking from skill 200 to 300, so this is where you train past 225. Below 200 go to Telonis in Darnassus.
